The Seat Company is dedicated with providing you with the highest quality, custom-built furniture at an exceptional value. Each piece is handcrafted in our own factory using the finest materials available, ensuring many years of enjoyable use. We are extremely proud of the quality of furniture we produce. We are confident that you will find our selection to be strong and handsome, yet casual and cozy. The Seat Company is proud to say that all of our seating furniture is produced in the USA.

Frames: Our extremely durable, all-wood frames are constructed from carefully selected, premium dried hardwoods and high-grade laminates that have been precision milled to meet our stringent quality specifications. All structural parts of our frame, including reinforcing corner and joint blocks, spring rails and wood stretchers are constructed from dried hardwood. Then assembled with the use of dowels, screws, glue and other additional modern fasteners. The superior quality of this construction should provide you with many years of enjoyable use.

Support: The proper support is a key ingredient in providing true comfort. To be done properly this must be part of the design process. At the Seat Company, we use only state-of-the-art heavy-gauge coil and serpentine springs . Both options provide equally superior support and "ride". The choice is based solely on what is most appropriate for that specific style of furniture.

Comfort: We understand just how important comfort is, so our furniture is designed to provide the ultimate in seating enjoyment. One of the most intricate ingredients to comfortable furniture is the quality of the filling. Within our factory, we use only the finest Reflex high-density foam exclusively. It is considered by many to be the premier filling available in the furniture business. We are one of a few that actually use it in both the seats and back as well. This combination creates the perfect balance for the ultimate in comfort.

Workmanship: In our manufacturing facility we employ only the most skilled Craftsman to custom-build your furniture. Every item is handcrafted to your specific order. Upon completion, each piece is carefully inspected by a member of our management team to insure it has been constructed in accordance with our stringent quality standards.

Leather: In our furniture, we use only the finest top-grain, aniline leather. We will never offer such inferior leathers as splits or heavily corrected hides. For that finishing touch, we are proud to offer an extensive selection of 15 leather options to choose from. Fabric: Our entire selection of quality fabrics are supplied by some of the most respected, prestigious fabric mills in our country. • Leather; Two (2) Years from date of delivery.
• Fabric; One (1) year from date of delivery.

On frames and Springs, If within ten years after its initial delivery, there is defective materials or workmanship, the Seat Company will repair or, at its option, exchange the product for a similar model.

This warranty shall be void if the product has been altered in any way, including any change in fabric, legs etc; or if it has been modified in a manner inconsistent with the original product as shipped by Seat Company. In addition, any abuse, misuse, accident or other damages will not be warranted. This warranty does not cover fading or exposure to sunlight. Claims due to cuts, burns, or pet damage are excluded.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of these products. In the event of a claim, proof of purchase will be required. Please save your receipt.

Seat Company's to repair or exchange the product under this warranty does not cover costs of removal, installation, or return shipping. Nor shall Seat Company be responsible for any other incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product, all of which are expressly excluded from this warranty.

Cancellation Policy

Since most of our products are custom manufactured to your order, we can only accept a cancellation within 5 days of the date the order was placed. After this period there will be a 25% restocking fee billed to your credit card. To cancel an order, please call us.

Return Policy

Money Back Guaranteed. If within 30 days of the receipt of purchase you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Furniture, you may return it for a full refund. You must call the Seat Company toll free at 866-732-8266 for a RGA number. The product must be returned in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Sorry for the inconvenience but this is done to insure that the product is received back at our distribution facility in good condition. In most situations the return freight is the responsibility of the Seat Company. The Seat Company has the right to consider exceptions and will be done on a case-by-case basis.
